What to include
Include your account email, payment or payout reference if applicable, report or privacy request ID if applicable, a plain-language description of the issue, and the outcome you are requesting.
Arbitration, class-action waiver, jury-trial waiver, governing-law, venue, small-claims, mass-arbitration, and opt-out terms should be finalized by counsel before Bayu relies on them.
